CMAS（Children Manifest Anxiety Scale）児童用不安尺度
対象：小学４年～中学３年。回答時間：１０分程度（質問紙法）。
状況要因に影響されない長期的な人格特性としての「特性不安」
を測定。神経症や心身症の診断資料として、心理療法や神経安定
剤投与の指標として有効。
顕在性不安検査として定評のあるMASの児童版。状況要因に影響
されない長期的な人格特性としての｢特性不安｣を測定する。
身体的疾患を示す児童は健康な児童より不安傾向の高いことが
明らかにされた。個人にも集団にも短時間で実施できる。
