エゴグラム（東大式エゴグラム：ＴＥＧ）とは
エリック・バーンの交流分析をもとに、弟子の
ジョン・デュセイが考案した分析法（質問紙法）。
対象：１５才以上
回答時間：１０分程度
バーンは、精神が子供の頃の経験によって形作られる
Ｐ（Parent：人々が無意識のうちみ両親または親の代わりとなる
ものの行動パターンを模倣して、行動し、感じ、思考する状態）
Ａ（Adult：今ーここでどのようなことが起きているのかについて
人々が行動し、感じ、冷静に思考する状態）
Ｃ（Child：人が子供の頃にどのように振舞ったかと同じように
行動し、感じ、思考する状態）
の３つの自我状態があると仮定した。
フロイトの自我（Ａ）、イド（Ｃ）、超自我（Ｐ）と
対比される。
質問紙法で、５０程度の質問に答えていき、最後にそれを
集計し点数化したものを、ＣＰ、ＮＰ、Ａ、ＦＣ、ＡＣ
の順に点数を基に点を打っていき、グラフにする。
